Terms & ConditionsMethods of Payment: We currently accept cash, checks or money orders (personal checks are accepted). Please note that all listings are for a single bar of soap unless otherwise stated. Excess shipping charges refunded when your order ships. You may also ask for a product sample. I am happy to send both the whiffs and samples out to you for the cost of shipping them. Then that cost will be put towards the shipping of your order. See our Samples page for more information. Returned Checks: There is a $35 surcharge applicable to any and all first time Returned Checks. If you issue a check that is returned by the bank, no other checks will be accepted on future orders. Returns: PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS!!!!! Due to the personal care aspect of our products, we cannot guarantee purity once those items leave our facility and we cannot resell them to anyone else. We want all of our customers to be thrilled with our products so please ask any questions before ordering and always request a scent whiff if you are interested in a particular scent. People can react differently to the same scent and it doesn’t matter if the scent is an essential oil or fragrance oil. Damage Claims: If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If an order is damaged only internally, please notify us within two (2) days of receipt of order to place a claim. All boxes, packaging materials, and product must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. There is a very high possibility that the shipping carrier will need to inspect the damaged order. Shipping Retail orders within the USA have a shipping rate based on order size: $0.01 - $24.99 = $6.95 Your package will be shipped using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. U.S. For Canadian orders, we will use USPS's Airmail Parcel Post option. Please contact us for information on shipping to other countries. Excess shipping charges refunded when your order ships. |
